Charles (Chuck) D. Buckholts is an experienced Tennessee trial attorney, specializing in federal and state criminal defense, civil rights and consumer law.
Chuck has represented clients on many levels of the justice system, including the United States Court of Appeals, 6th Circuit, United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, and in twenty-six counties across Tennessee.
Chuck adamantly believes in the rights of all individuals to have equality and justice under the law and vigorously fights to assure these most valuable rights are protected. He gives clients the individualized attention they deserve, and is committed to not only representing them within the court system, but also educating them in the legal process.

Recognizing years of honorable service, dedication and commitment to the quality of representation to indigent persons as a CJA panel lawyer for the Federal Public Defender’s Office of the Middle District of Tennessee, presented by Federal Public Defender, Henry A. Martin.
